Return and Refund Policy

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

  • Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, defective, or not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees. These rights cannot be excluded.

Change of mind purchases

  • The Tina Greer Project (TTGP) does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

  • Customers wishing to return a product for reasons other than a fault or misdescription must cover the cost of returning the item.

Faulty or misdescribed products

  • If a product is faulty, defective, or not as described, please contact TTGP at thetinagreerproject@gmail.com as soon as you become aware of the issue.

  • TTGP will provide a reasonable remedy which may include repair, replacement, or refund. In these cases, TTGP will cover the cost of return shipping.

Notification timeframe

  • Customers must notify TTGP within 14 days after delivery if there is a problem with the product.

How to request a return


TTGP will aim to respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
