Return and Refund Policy
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, defective, or not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees. These rights cannot be excluded.
Change of mind purchases

The Tina Greer Project (TTGP) does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Customers wishing to return a product for reasons other than a fault or misdescription must cover the cost of returning the item.
Faulty or misdescribed products

If a product is faulty, defective, or not as described, please contact TTGP at thetinagreerproject@gmail.com as soon as you become aware of the issue.

TTGP will provide a reasonable remedy which may include repair, replacement, or refund. In these cases, TTGP will cover the cost of return shipping.
Notification timeframe

Customers must notify TTGP within 14 days after delivery if there is a problem with the product.
How to request a return

Email TTGP at thetinagreerproject@gmail.com with your order number, date of purchase, description of the issue, and photos if relevant.
TTGP will aim to respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
